Algorithms are used to match customers to the right supply, guiding them to partners that will deliver a great experience and food they will love. They are used to shape demand to achieve operational/commercial goals and to optimise revenue by maximising spend and promoting sponsored restaurants and products. The work we do makes a tangible difference to our customers’ lives and to the success of our partners.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to translate requirements into algorithms.
  • Lead product discovery, including user research and competitive analysis.
  • Define and analyze KPIs to measure success and identify optimization areas.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on features.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and communicate product plans to stakeholders.
What will you bring to the table?
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager focused on data-driven products, particularly in ranking, recommendations, or personalization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and use data science or ML solutions.
  • A passion for understanding user behavior and improving customer experience through data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated success in driving impact through product initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including, markets, other product teams, engineers and data scientists.
  • Comfort and proficiency in working with numbers and quantitative data, with familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Experience with agile development environments and an understanding of Data Science model development.
