Maze is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own recruitment and the panel experience across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated and future research experiences. You will work across Engineering, Design, Panel Operations, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, high-quality participant recruitment.

You’ll partner with Sales, Research Partners and external panel partners to understand customer needs and drive improvements across the recruitment lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.

Formación

• Experience owning meaningful product areas from discovery through execution.
• Autonomous and proactive
• Clear, structured communicator who can bring others along in problem-solving.
• Experience spanning software, operations and external partners.
• Ability to balance customer experience, business needs, operational realities and technical constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the recruitment and panel experience roadmap for Maze.
• Improve participant quality with feedback loops, quality signals, and clearer experiences.
• Make it easier for customers to recruit audiences across study types, including complex enterprise use cases.
• Use data and customer insights to understand panel performance and identify gaps in supply, quality and fulfilment.
• Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfilment and the recruitment experience.
