Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Product Manager in London. The role focuses on monetization growth for PlayStation Plus and related commerce experiences, guiding acquisition, activation, and ongoing engagement across the platform.

You will partner with data, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to shape features, measure impact, and scale solutions for a global audience in a dynamic gaming environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations with partnerships.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms preferred.
• Proven track record in conversion funnels, retention, and monetization.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities.
• Excellent communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong product intuition with ability to navigate technical discussions.
• Experience in gaming, streaming, e-commerce, or similar high-scale B2C platforms is a plus.
