ASOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the CRM team within Digital Product. You will lead the next generation of personalized customer communications, shaping products and capabilities that determine how and when customers hear from ASOS globally.

You'll guide a cross-functional squad, set ambitious goals, and rely on data insights to drive decisions, working in an autonomous culture that values experimentation and customer-centricity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in ecommerce, fashion, or consumer-facing platforms.
• Experience launching 0-1 mobile-first products, with a focus on personalization.
• Familiarity with enriched customer data to power contextual experiences.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for CRM.
• Drive strategy for intelligent customer communications.
• Support an always-on testing environment and measure impact.
• Surface industry trends and share with the CRM team.
