Senior Product Manager - Green tech - Consumer Experience

Location: Central London 3 times a week

Contract Type: Permanent 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Fulltime contract available after)

A mission-driven energy tech company, backed by strong product leadership, is building the smartest system for managing household electrification. Think EVs, solar, heat pumps and batteries, all managed through one seamless app.

They’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the consumer experience, making green energy simple, intuitive and accessible to the mainstream.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary squad to lead discovery, shape strategy and deliver meaningful features that help households reduce energy consumption and get the most value from their electrified devices.

This is a high-impact role with real influence over the future of home energy.

What you’ll be doing

• Define and execute the consumer experience strategy across web and mobile

• Lead discovery work to uncover user pain points and validate ideas

• Set goals, prioritise effectively and measure impact

• Collaborate with engineering, design and data science

• Use insight, research and trends to drive product direction

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in product, ideally in B2B or B2B2C environments

• Experience leading zero to one or early-stage product work

• Strong in data-led thinking, experimentation and user research

• Confident communicator and natural cross-functional leader

• Energy or sustainability background is a bonus, not a must
