Job summary

MUBI, a global streaming service, is hiring a senior product leader to own Audience & Platform Expansion, guiding strategy from ambiguity to shipped features that grow global subscribers.

Reporting to the Senior Product Director, you will align engineering, design and data science across time zones, set KPIs, and advocate for user-centered, high-impact product decisions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Business, Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in product management or a closely related technical role, with 3–5 years shipping complex technical products from 0 to 1.
• Strong business judgment and strategic thinking.
• Translate highly technical constraints into clear business trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep domain fluency in identity and access management, subscription management, billing and monetization, and data processing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with AI tools and AI prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous priorities into a roadmap and sub-strategy for a MUBI area.
• Guide technical products through lifecycle from conception to launch and iterate after.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, Marketing, Business Development and Legal to define requirements.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs and use data-backed insight to iterate quickly.
• Pitch roadmaps to senior leadership to guide resource allocation.
• Write narrative strategy memos and present complex visions to leadership and engineers.
• Mentor other PMs and raise the bar for product thinking.
