Job summary

MUBIMUBI is seeking a senior product leader to own the Audience & Platform Expansion domain, driving global subscriber growth with a clear strategy and measurable outcomes.

You'll align engineering, design, data science and marketing across time zones, write narrative strategy memos, and mentor junior PMs while shaping the product roadmap end-to-end.

We operate a hybrid-remote model with 3 office days in Soho, London, and core days Tue–Thu, enabling flexible collaboration across teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product management or related technical role, with 3–5 years shipping complex technical products.
• Strong business judgment and strategic thinking.
• Translate technical constraints into business trade-offs.
• Deep domain fluency in identity and access management, subscription management, billing and monetization, and data processing.
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with AI tools and AI prototyping.
• Alignment with the company's culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into product roadmaps and own sub-strategy.
• Guide products through lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, Marketing, Business Development and Legal.
• Define KPIs and OKRs and use data-backed insights.
• Pitch roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Write narrative strategy memos and present visions.
• Mentor other team members.
