Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Premium awareness, acquisition, and activation across segments and markets.
• Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of subscriber-facing features from early concept through global rollout.
• Drive experiments to understand what motivates Premium adoption and move free users toward a purchase.
• Turn funnel, behavioral, and market data into hypotheses and a prioritized experimentation roadmap.
• Design rigorous A/B tests to evaluate funnel changes against baselines and scalable approaches.
• Partner with marketing, research, and regional teams to adapt value messaging for different markets.
• Communicate strategy, results, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
