Roleoverview:AsaFXSeniorProductManageryouwillberesponsibleforthestrategicdevelopmentofmyclient'sFXsolution.Youwillworkcloselywithcross-functionalteams,includingtechnology,marketing,andclientsupport,toensuretheirFXsolutionsmeetcustomerneedsandalignwithbusinessgoals. Responsibilities:

• ProvideregularreportingtotheProductDirectorasrequired
• Understandthemarketplaceandcompetitivelandscapetoidentifyopportunitiesforinnovationandexpansion
• Ensurecompliancewithregulatoryframeworksimpactingtheproduct,applyingthisknowledgestrategically.
• DefinekeysuccessmetricsandactivelymonitortheperformanceoftheFXproduct.
• Helpteamstomanageandvisualiseoutcomes,prioritiseworkandadheretoagreedminimumviableproduct(MVP),prioritiesandscope.
• DesignoperationalprocessesfortherunningandmaintenanceofFXproductsorservices,includingspots,forwardsandoptions,throughouttheirproductlifecycle,andidentifyanddealwithpotentialrisksacrossthesestages
• Planandengagewithappropriatestakeholders,clients,users,andbusinessleaders,clarifyingneedsandcommitments,andbuildingstrongworkingrelationships.
• Determinetheappropriatetoolsandtechniquestoevaluatequalityandvalueateachprojectstage.
• Developandmanagerelease,go-to-market,andinternalandexternalcommunicationplans,ensuringalignmentandclarity

• ProventrackrecordwithinaFinTech/scaleupworkingwithAgilemethodology

• Stronganalyticalskillsandproficientinusingvarioustoolsandtechniquestoelicit,document,andmanagerequirementseffectively.
