A leading company in fintech is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth marketing efforts on a flexible hybrid basis. Location
Our Senior Marketing Manager will be a part of our GTM team, answering directly into our Founder. This role is based in London, working on a very flexible hybrid basis.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Payset, you will take full ownership of our growth marketing strategy and execution. You will lead performance-driven initiatives across SEO, paid media, email, outbound, and partnerships — all with the goal of generating qualified leads and driving conversion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and product to shape our go-to-market efforts. You’ll have the autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Responsibilities
Growth & Acquisition
Own and execute marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media, email, and outbound channels
Develop and manage partnership programs including referrals and co-marketing initiatives
Identify and test new channels and tactics to drive qualified lead generation
Funnel Optimisation
Build and optimise marketing funnels that guide prospects from awareness to activation
Develop and maintain high-conversion marketing assets such as landing pages, case studies, and product one-pagers
Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
Audience Targeting & Segmentation
Use customer data to refine ICPs and tailor messaging to specific market segments
Collaborate with Sales to align targeting strategies and improve conversion across the funnel
Brand & Messaging
Develop compelling messaging that resonates with fintech and cross-border payment audiences
Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and assets
Support mid-funnel education through content and engagement campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product and Sales to ensure message-market fit and go-to-market alignment
Report on key metrics including CAC, CPL, and conversion rates to stakeholders
Provide insight into market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
Proven ability to scale SEO and paid acquisition channels with measurable ROI
Strong experience with email automation, outbound prospecting tools, and CRM systems
Skilled in funnel design, copywriting, and campaign execution
Data-driven mindset with fluency in CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and attribution
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams
Bonus: experience in crypto, FX, or regulated financial services
