Responsibilities

• Own the AF EU product and program roadmap across LTL, FTL, Intermodal; deliver outcomes from OP1/OP2
• Own OP1/OP2 and cycle plans across seven teams; align dependencies into one plan
• Set priorities across the portfolio and resolve trade-offs with timelines
• Identify dependencies and risks before surfacing; drive sequencing and escalation weekly
• Build cadences and forums to keep the roadmap on track
• Secure leadership sponsorship to land AF EU priorities vs other roadmaps
• Act as the single owner accountable for roadmap landing
