Job summary

Userlane is seeking a senior product manager to own our data and analytics products. You will shape metrics across App Discovery, HEART Analytics and Portfolio Overview, connecting usage to cost savings and risk reduction for enterprise CIOs and IT leaders.

You’ll work with data engineers and stakeholders to turn data into actionable guidance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, defend your methodological choices, and drive outcomes that matter for regulated industries, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on data/analytics products in a modern product organisation.
• Defined a metrics methodology, scoring system or measurement framework and defended trade-offs.
• Start with the business question before the data and aim for actionable decisions.
• Able to disagree credibly with technically strong colleagues and adjust stance with evidence.
• Capable of talking with data engineers and data scientists about data limits and proofs.
• Experience in enterprise B2B analytics; healthcare domain is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Application Intelligence initiatives and shape metrics for HEART Analytics and Portfolio Overview.
• Define metrics, scoring and how data drives business outcomes like cost savings and risk.
• Design analytics for time-poor executives and deliver actionable insights, not just dashboards.
• Define data integration strategy across behavioural, cost, license and HR data sources.
• Translate insights into actions and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with engineers, product leaders and sales to align on roadmap.
