Job summary

Pacific Asset Management, LLC is hiring its first Senior Product Analyst for the Decision Platform team. You will turn complex data across multiple platform products into clear insights, influencing roadmap and product decisions for insurers' B2B software.

You will own metrics, dashboards, and analyses that connect strategy to concrete customer and commercial outcomes, collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Senior Product Analyst, or similar in a digital product/B2B SaaS/enterprise setting.
• Strong product sense and commercial judgement with a track record of actionable insights.
• Experience with product analytics, engagement, BI, and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics across Decision Platform products by defining meaningful metrics across modules.
• Identify opportunities by analysing product data and user journeys; deliver actionable roadmap recommendations.
• Partner with PMs and Designers to shape discovery, success measures, experiments, and feature impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to improve instrumentation and data access.
• Segment customers/users to understand regional and product adoption differences.
• Develop and maintain dashboards linking OKRs to performance.
• Support business cases with opportunity sizing, trend analysis, and outcome modelling.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders with practical next steps.
