Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Engineering Solutions to lead portfolio scope and roadmaps, engaging with customers to identify priorities and improve processes. You will coordinate with product plans and stakeholders to drive R&D execution and deliver incremental market value.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and measurable outcomes across engineering and development teams in a hybrid/office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Process Plant EPC/OO or marine shipbuilding industry engineering and project execution practices.
• Knowledge about engineering or project execution software tools from AVEVA or other vendors.
• Customer & Market Focus
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in prioritizing and delivering customer value in a lean, MVP fashion
• Ability to think strategically and break down strategy into achievable steps and milestones
• Focus on measuring success and course correcting as needed
• Ability to work cross functionally with both business and development teams
