Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead two engineering squads, guiding discovery through to market launch and balancing data analytics with core product features.

In this role you'll own the product roadmap, drive data-informed decisions, and collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to ensure successful deployments for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success leading multiple engineering squads.
• Experience with data analytics or BI products.
• Strong collaboration across sales, marketing, and CS.

Responsibilities

• Dual squad leadership across two autonomous teams.
• Define data product strategy and analytics features.
