Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 5 years' Product Management experience in software, digital platforms, control systems, semiconductor, industrial automation, or other high-tech industries.
• Proven experience defining product roadmaps and managing products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of embedded software, control systems, system integration, and industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Strong systems-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Commercially aware, results-driven, and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Experience driving change, influencing others, and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic vision, roadmap and lifecycle of digital solutions and interfaces.
• Enable connectivity, data integration, and digital ecosystem alignment.
• Analyse industry trends and customer roadmaps to inform long-term synergy strategy.
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements for engineering.
• Ensure alignment with industry communication standards and integration with factory systems.
• Lead cross-functional working groups to harmonise interfaces and architectures.
• Operate in a product owner capacity within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Lead cross-portfolio initiatives from concept through execution with measurable progress.
