Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Digital Content Platform ecosystem, shaping delivery of online slots content, GDK, RGS, and jackpot platforms. You will collaborate with technology teams, game studios, and commercial leaders to translate strategic goals into an actionable yearly roadmap.

You will drive platform investment, partner with studios to enable new capabilities, and apply AI-first thinking to product delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in iGaming product roles or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold the product vision and strategy for Aristocrat’s Digital Content Platform portfolio.
• Guide the strategic direction for GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms, and connected content creation capabilities.
• Align platform strategy with the priorities of the Digital organization, game studios, and the wider Aristocrat enterprise.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, development efficiency, speed to market, scalability, and innovation through platform investment.
• Establish clear product goals, outcomes, and success measures for the platform portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Alabs technology team to build and deliver the annual and quarterly roadmap.
• Ensure high-priority initiatives are well defined, sequenced, and delivered on time.
• Provide clear product requirements, business context, priorities, and acceptance criteria to technology teams.
• Lead trade-off decisions and manage roadmap risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Act as the main product liaison for game studios engaging with digital content platform features.
