Job summary

Aristocrat, a global leader in gaming content and technology, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Digital Content Platform ecosystem in London. Define the product vision for GDK, RGS, jackpots, and connected content, aligning with game studios and tech teams to deliver a robust annual roadmap.

You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with engineering, drive content quality, speed to market, and platform innovation, applying AI-first thinking to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in iGaming product role.
• Experience defining product strategy and owning roadmaps for complex technology/platform products.
• Strong knowledge of online slots content creation, studio workflows, platform dependencies, and requirements of game development teams.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering to deliver complex roadmaps.
• Strong commercial and customer focus with ability to tie platform investment to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining complex topics to senior/non-technical audiences.
• Persuasive, cooperative leadership style with ability to build trust across dispersed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold the product vision and strategy for Aristocrat’s Digital Content Platform portfolio.
• Guide strategic direction for GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms, and content creation capabilities.
• Align platform strategy with Digital org, game studios, and the wider Aristocrat enterprise.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, development efficiency, speed to market, scalability, and innovation through platform investment.
• Establish clear product goals, outcomes, and success measures for the platform portfolio.
• Partner with the Alabs technology team to build and deliver the annual and quarterly roadmap.
• Ensure the highest-priority initiatives are well defined, sequenced, and delivered on time.
• Provide clear product requirements, business context, priorities, and acceptance criteria to technology and delivery teams.
• Lead trade-off decisions and proactively manage roadmap risks and dependencies.
• Act as the main product liaison for game studios engaging with digital content platform features.
• Act as the primary representative for Digital Content Platforms throughout Aristocrat.
