Job summary

Aristocrat in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Digital Content Platform roadmap, guiding the GDK, RGS, and Jackpot platforms. You will align strategy with game studios and technology teams to deliver innovative, scalable content.

You will translate strategic goals into concrete milestones, partner with Alabs to shape yearly plans, and ensure timely delivery while balancing priorities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the iGaming sector in a product role.
• Experience defining product strategy and owning roadmaps for complex technology or platform products.
• Strong knowledge of online slots content creation, studio workflows, platform dependencies, and the needs of game development teams.
• Experience partnering with engineering/technology organizations to deliver complex roadmaps.
• Ability to prioritise effectively, make clear trade-offs, and maintain delivery focus across competing demands.
• Strong commercial and customer focus, linking platform investment to measurable outcomes for studios.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to explain complex platform topics to senior/non-technical audiences.
• AI proficiency with practical use of AI tools in product delivery and decision making.
• Analytical, curious, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold the product vision and strategy for Aristocrat’s Digital Content Platform portfolio.
• Guide strategic direction for GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms, and connected content creation capabilities.
• Align platform strategy with Digital organization priorities, game studios, and the wider Aristocrat enterprise.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, speed to market, scalability, and innovation through platform investment.
• Establish clear product goals, outcomes, and success measures for the platform portfolio.
• Partner with the Alabs technology team to build and deliver the annual and quarterly roadmap.
• Ensure top-priority initiatives are well defined, sequenced, and delivered on time.
• Provide clear requirements, context, priorities, and acceptance criteria to technology teams.
• Lead trade-off decisions and manage roadmap risks and dependencies.
• Act as the main product liaison for game studios engaging with digital content features.
• Represent Digital Content Platforms across Aristocrat.
