Job summary

Aristocrat recruits a Senior Product Manager to shape our digital content platform ecosystem, leading online slots content strategy and roadmap. You will collaborate with game studios, technology teams, and commercial leaders to deliver innovative platform capabilities and scalable content delivery.

You will define the product vision for GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms, and connected content tools, driving alignment with the Digital organization and studios while balancing speed, quality and value.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in iGaming product role.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and owning roadmaps for complex platforms.
• Strong knowledge of online slots content creation and studio workflows.
• Experience partnering with engineering/tech to deliver roadmaps.
• Ability to prioritize, trade off, and maintain delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold the product vision and strategy for Aristocrat’s Digital Content Platform portfolio.
• Guide strategic direction for GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms and connected content creation capabilities.
• Align platform strategy with Digital org, game studios, and wider Aristocrat enterprise.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, development speed, scalability, and innovation.
• Establish clear product goals, outcomes, and success metrics for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with tech teams to build and deliver the annual/quarterly roadmap.
• Ensure priority initiatives are well-defined, sequenced, and delivered on time.
• Provide clear product requirements and acceptance criteria to delivery teams.
• Lead trade-off decisions and manage roadmap risks and dependencies.
• Act as main product liaison for game studios engaging with digital content features.
• Represent Digital Content Platforms across Aristocrat.
