Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in business analysis/product management or related roles.
• SFIA Level 5 responsibilities in product management or equivalent senior roles.
• Experience with digital applications and cloud engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for digital application and cloud engineering projects.
• Own and manage requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, validation and prioritization.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation: business requirements, functional specs, user stories and process flows.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and technical teams to refine product backlogs for SFIA Level 5 responsibilities.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Support solution design with business context and impact assessments.
• Contribute to test planning and acceptance criteria; validate delivered solutions against requirements.
• Track changes and communicate impact to stakeholders and project managers.
• Provide regular status updates on analysis progress, risks and issues.
