Job summary

Team Creation Limited, a fast-growing software development company with activity in the UK, seeks a Senior Product Analyst to bridge business and technology. You will analyze markets, gather requirements, and shape product strategies in collaboration with product managers and developers.

The role focuses on market research, creating specifications, KPI-driven analysis, and cross-functional coordination to optimise product outcomes for diverse clients. English fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related role; Game experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
• Deep understanding of product business analysis, including ideation, specification creation, user story mapping, and performance analysis.
• Experience in product review and testing with attention to quality and user satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market & Competitor Research: conduct market analysis, identify trends, customer feedback, and benchmark competitors to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Innovation and Engagement: generate innovative concepts aligning with business goals.
• Business & Product Analysis: prepare detailed specifications outlining required functionalities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of back office development.
• Project Management Support: analyse performance of launched products using key metrics like engagement and retention.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: use data analytics and KPIs to assess performance and drive insights.
