Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead two key areas:

• Institution-facing dashboards and reporting tools to help education providers optimize recruitment performance.
• Internal data and analytics warehouse to support decision-making and industry thought leadership.

This role involves working closely with a small, cross-functional team of four, including engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver reliable, actionable data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for customer insights and internal analytics products.
• Develop KPIs and metrics aligned with customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to maintain a scalable data platform.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making within internal teams and industry leadership.
• Maintain metric consistency and accuracy across dashboards and tools.
• Gather feedback to inform product development and prioritize features.
• Track adoption and performance, iterating to improve the products.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, especially in data, analytics, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
