  • Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) within the CDP and SCV. Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  • Internal Product Integration: Define how data from the CDP/SCV can be integrated into our internal products and tools to enhance user experiences and drive business value.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with CDP vendors and other third-party data providers, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on the CDP roadmap, progress, and performance.

You will be accountable for:

  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CDP, such as data quality metrics, adoption rates, and the impact on business outcomes. Use data to drive continuous improvement.

You will be supporting:

  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely and effective delivery.

Your Skillset:

  • Data Expertise: Deep understanding of data management principles, data warehousing, data modelling, and schema design.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders across different departments and levels of seniority.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts 1 to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment.

Please note that this role follows a hybrid work model, with a mandatory requirement to work onsite at our London offices at least two days per week.

Nice-to-Haves:
