Job summary

Marro is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead growth and product execution for its cat-focused Fresh food platform. You will own the vision, roadmap and cross-functional delivery across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design and Insights.

You will drive customer-centric growth via data analysis, experimentation, and strategic pricing, while collaborating with Brand, Operations and Customer Love teams to maximise ROI and lifecycle value.

Qualifications

• Loves cats and is passionate about pet health and nutrition.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and delivery.
• Proven PM experience in fast-paced, growth-focused environments (D2C/eCommerce).
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue growth and KPI improvement.
• Deep understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent analytics skills; comfortable with data teams and SQL.</br>

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a growth-focused roadmap to improve conversion, retention and CLV.
• Identify and scale growth levers across acquisition, activation and monetisation.
• Lead rapid experimentation (A/B tests, funnel optimisation, pricing strategies).
• Collaborate with Marketing to align digital product and marketing strategies.
• Analyse customer behaviour through data analysis, segmentation and qualitative insights.
• Set and track key performance metrics; ensure decisions are insight-driven.
• Prioritise ruthlessly to balance impact, effort and risk for sustainable growth.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Engineering and Design.
