Butternut Box | B Corp is seeking a Head of Feline R&D to lead Marro’s cat-focused product development from strategy to kitchen execution. You will own feline nutrition, palatability and sensory science, shaping a long-term roadmap and turning it into tangible recipes that delight cats and customers alike.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Brand and external partners, manage the Marro budget, and report to the Product Development Director while driving innovation and quality across

• Own Marro’s product development strategy end-to-end.
• Define long-term vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Balance nutrition, palatability, quality and cost.
• Sign off product quality and claims with brand.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Commercial, Brand.
