Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Reachdesk Platform. You will translate complex customer and business problems into software products with measurable impact, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and driving end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and adoption.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design, building context across customers, market, and data to ensure successful outcomes aligned with Reachdesk goals.

• Owns B2B SaaS products end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Strong problem solver who brings structure to ambiguity.
• Independent and proactive, taking initiative while aligned to company goals.
• Strong business and commercial awareness with cross-functional perspective.
• Fluent technically to work with engineering, understand integrations, and contribute to scope decisions.
• Exceptional communicator able to influence across customers, engineers, leadership, and teams.
• Comfortable building relationships with external technology partners and navigating commercial conversations.
• Focus on product and user experience quality rather than just delivering features.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and priorities across goals, stakeholders, data, and technical considerations.
• Define problems and experiences before solutions with clear stories and journeys for Design/Engineering.
• Lead product initiatives end-to-end from discovery through delivery, rollout, and iteration.
• Make sound product decisions and trade-offs balancing customer, business, and technical considerations.
• Develop opportunities with external partners to explore integrations and align roadmaps.
• Orchestrate launches and adoption with cross-functional teams to ensure value realization.
• Communicate decisions, progress, risks, and results clearly to leadership.
