Job summary

Reachdesk, a leading global SaaS gifting platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Reachdesk Platform end-to-end. You will translate complex customer and business problems into measurable software outcomes, working from discovery to delivery and ongoing improvement.

You will report to the Chief Product Officer and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to ensure successful launches and adoption that drive value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction aligning company goals with customer needs and data.
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to launch and iterate on features.
• Make trade-offs balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Develop opportunities with external partners and drive integrations.
• Coordinate launches cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Success, and other teams.
