Job summary

Tessl in London is seeking a senior, hands-on Product Manager to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end and help define how product is practised as the team grows. You’ll shape the approach to building an AI-native platform, extending from the CLI and core platform to new bets as the company scales.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, research, and GTM, translating breakthroughs into reliable developer experiences and driving high-quality outcomes at speed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or equivalent with experience shipping complex products end to end.
• Strong sense of product strategy and ability to operate with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end to end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Develop deep product sense for developer workflows and translate insights into decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and research to turn model capabilities into developer experiences.
• Shape roadmap and strategy, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
