Job summary

Tessl is an early-stage London-based startup building the AI-native development platform. We’re seeking a Developer Advocate who will be Tessl’s voice in the AI developer community, both in our London office and beyond.

You’ll build with Tessl, teach through Tessl Academy, and create practical content that developers use daily. Your role blends hands-on coding, content creation, and active community engagement, including speaking at events and exploring ecosystem opportunities to help developers

Qualifications

• Active voice in the AI developer community, on social channels where AI discussion is happening.
• Speaks at meetups or conferences, engages in developer communities.
• Builder mindset: ships integrations or apps, not just descriptions.
• Teacher's instinct: breaks down complex AI topics clearly and progressively.
• Strong communication: writes clearly about technical AI topics.
• Development skills: comfortable coding and building things.

Responsibilities

• Build with Tessl: create apps, integrations, and projects that inspire the developer community.
• Teach through Tessl Academy: design and deliver structured learning and certification paths.
• Content Creation: write articles, tutorials, and guides, and produce videos.
• Community and Events: be active in AI developer community, speak at events, engage in forums and social channels.
• Ecosystem Exploration: identify integration opportunities and connect Tessl with the broader ecosystem.
• Show Up Where Developers Are: run webinars, join communities, and participate in relevant channels.
