Job summary

Tessl is a fast-growing Series A startup in London building AI-native development tools. As a senior Member of Product Staff, you will own ambiguous problems end to end, shaping how product is practiced as the team scales.

You will influence roadmap across the CLI, core platform, and new bets, translating AI breakthroughs into developer experiences while maintaining high quality and speed. This is a hands-on, generalist role for shaping product direction at Tessl.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with a track record shipping technically demanding products end to end.
• Strong instincts for what to build and why, with business judgment under ambiguity.
• Technical fluency with developers, engineers, or data professionals; collaborate with research and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end to end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Develop deep product sense for developer workflows by engaging with developers and engineers.
• Translate frontier capabilities into reliable, high-value developer experiences with research/engineering.
• Shape roadmap and strategy, not just execute it; bring a clear point of view.
• Lead through influence across teams and customers, maintaining momentum and quality.
• Maintain a high-quality bar at speed, balancing speed with rigour.
