Job summary

Greyparrot is seeking a Senior Product Manager to mature our established product ecosystem. You will own the lifecycle from discovery to delivery, work closely with Design, Engineering and AI teams, and translate customer needs into practical product work.

The role is hybrid, based in London, with ownership from problem framing to launch and continuous improvement. You will partner with a small, hands-on team to ensure usability, onboarding, reliability and value across live environments,

Qualifications

• Extensive civil product management experience across full lifecycle.
• Experience with B2B software or data products.
• Hands-on role in discovery, requirements and delivery.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, recycling or physical production environments helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Mature and improve an established product with customer insights.
• Spend time with customers to understand workflows and pain points.
• Shape and manage the roadmap with cross-functional leaders.
• Define clear product work and acceptance criteria with design and engineering.
