Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience working as a Product Manager.
• Strong product discovery skills and a user centric mindset.
• Experience delivering software applications rather than content-led sites.
• Experience working in Agile product and engineering teams.
• Experience with APIs, SaaS, CRM platforms or other tech products.
• Exposure to AI/ML products or interest in AI-enabled environments.
• Experience collaborating with third-party technology vendors or partners.
• Confidence defining KPIs and measuring product success.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and prioritise effectively.
• Passion for embedding product thinking within growing organisations.

Responsibilities

• Defining and owning product vision, strategy and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Leading product discovery to identify customer problems, needs and opportunities.
• Prioritising product initiatives based on value, impact and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborating with Engineering, UX and third-party partners to deliver scalable digital products.
• Defining product KPIs and measuring success against clear outcomes.
• Using customer and product insights to inform product decisions.
• Championing product thinking across the organisation.
