Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is supporting an early-stage AI PropTech SaaS business to hire a Technical Product Manager. You will own quality, AI evaluation, and how the product behaves, defining success criteria, test scenarios and monitoring performance over time in a lean team.

Qualifications

• Around 3-5 years in a product role owning outcomes and working with engineering teams.
• Strong practical experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day work.
• Comfortable in a team that uses AI and automated workflows extensively.
• Hands-on technical grounding, either through software development or building AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to discuss feasibility and trade-offs confidently with engineers.
• Strong instincts for product quality and a structured approach to measuring performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Root-cause problem-solving approach with data-driven mindset.
• Able to work with customers and technical teams and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own quality standards for different product areas and define what good performance looks like.
• Build and improve evaluation suites and test scenarios across workflows.
• Develop criteria to assess AI-generated outcomes and monitor performance over time.
• Triaging issues from customer interactions and monitoring.
• Provide context to engineering to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain clear product priorities, WIP, and blockers using Linear and Notion.
• Translate customer feedback into clearly defined product priorities and tickets.
• Contribute to roadmap and prioritisation decisions; deliver new capabilities.
