EcoVadis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own an end-to-end strategic use case, from customer problem and data through prototype, roadmap and launch to market success.

This builder role emphasizes AI prototyping, direct customer engagement and full ownership of outcomes, not just output. You will work with senior engineers and product experts across strategy, data and GTM, advancing EcoVadis toward a sustainable world.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, with end-to-end product ownership and measurable business outcomes.
• An AI-native way of working is already part of how you operate, not an aspiration.
• Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich sustainability or risk domains.
• Sharp problem framing and communication to accelerate engineering and design.
• Fluent in English (primary working language).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end vision for your use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, resilience).
• Understand market requirements and how competitors solve similar problems.
• Engage customers directly to validate problems and solutions.
• Prototype with AI to create working demos and test assumptions.
• Drive the build forward with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to land what you build.
• Own measures of success and guide decisions on persistence, pivot or stop.
