Job summary

ThinkMarkets, a global fintech company, is seeking a Product Owner to shape AI-enabled digital products. You will own backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into clear requirements for engineering teams, QA, and stakeholders.

Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions, drive experiments with AI tools like Claude, and ensure features meet user needs, security, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product-focused technology roles.
• Experience owning backlogs, writing user stories and requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile apps, APIs, and data architectures.
• Experience using JIRA for product and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap and priorities in line with business and technology objectives.
• Gather, analyse and translate requirements into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and contribute to sprint planning and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solutions and trade-offs across usability, performance, security and maintainability.
• Own product documentation across the full lifecycle from concept to go-live.
