Job summary

TechByte Talent Ltd is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the accounting and compliance subscription services end to end. You will work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to shape the product and drive value.

You will balance regulatory constraints with customer needs, map complex journeys, and lead cross-functional initiatives including integrations with government systems and payroll software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with increasing scope.
• Experience owning a service end-to-end where operations and technology shape the customer experience.
• Experience with subscription products, ideally in accounting, fintech, legal or regulated areas.
• Strong grasp of APIs and integrations for detailed engineering discussions.
• Experience making product decisions under compliance or regulatory constraints.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the accounting and compliance subscription services.
• Improve customer experience where technology and operations intersect.
• Map journeys and processes to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
• Balance customer needs with commercial, operational and regulatory constraints and decide accordingly.
• Collaborate with engineering on third-party integrations, including government systems and payroll software.
• Define and track product metrics to guide priorities.
• Mentor other product managers as needed.
