Marcura in London is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own the corporate experience and B2B payments domain end-to-end. You will shape strategy, product economics, and delivery across payouts, reconciliation, integrations, and treasury tooling for corporate customers.

You’ll partner with engineering to design scalable platforms, define clear goals, and drive measurable commercial impact while balancing risk, cost, and user experience in a high-scale fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong grounding in analytical thinking, systems design, or technical disciplines.
• Formal product management training is beneficial but not required.
• 5+ years total experience in product management or closely related roles.
• 3+ years owning or significantly contributing to B2B payments, corporate banking/payroll platforms, or treasury products in a fintech, bank, or payments platform.
• Experience working with payment rails and providers (e.g. SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, Wise, Nium, Thunes), banking partners, and ERP or finance system integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, economics, and execution of the corporate experience and B2B payments proposition end-to-end.
• Own outcomes for the corporate platform and payments in production, including incident response and improvements.
• Define goals and maintain a roadmap reflecting customer impact, business value, and delivery capacity.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, and operations to meet regulatory and scheme requirements.
• Work with engineering to design and deliver scalable, reliable payments functionality.
• Translate customer needs and constraints into clear problems and trade-offs.
