The Role: Identity Trailblazer (aka Senior Product Manager)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Identity Verification (IDV) products—one of the most mission-critical areas of our platform. You’ll lead product strategy and development, transforming how we help users prove who they are in a fast, secure, and compliant way across global markets.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where innovation, collaboration, and velocity are the name of the game. If you’re part strategist, part builder, and part data-obsessed product champion—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Owning (and Crushing):

Set the Vision

1. Craft and evolve a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and solves real customer problems.

2. Identify new opportunities, market trends, and compliance shifts to keep us ahead of the curve.

Be the Voice of the Customer

1. Dive deep into user needs, market feedback, and regulatory requirements to design elegant, scalable solutions.

2. Work closely with global stakeholders and power users to refine strategy and define the “what” and the “why.”

Build with Intention

1. Write crystal-clear user stories, define MVPs, and work alongside engineering to ship fast and smart.

2. Prioritize ruthlessly using data, ROI, cost of delay, and a sprinkle of intuition.

3. Optimize for performance, usability, and fraud prevention without sacrificing customer experience.

4. Leverage AI and emerging technologies to solve complex problems, improve customer experiences, and deliver scalable solutions.

Drive Product Success

1. Define, track, and report on key success metrics—measure what matters, iterate relentlessly.

2. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption.

3. Own the entire product lifecycle: concept → build → launch → learn → iterate.

Lead Cross-Functional Magic

1. Partner across engineering, design, legal, and more to deliver high-impact outcomes.

2. Translate complexity into clarity—both internally and externally.

3. Mentor up-and-coming product managers and help shape our product culture.

What You Bring to the Table:

Must-Haves

1. Proven ability to lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch to iteration—delivering real value to users and the business.

2. Experience owning complex digital products, ideally in SaaS, security, fintech, or compliance-heavy spaces.

3. Deep understanding of Identity Verification (IDV) systems, including KYC/AML, fraud prevention techniques, and regulatory frameworks.

4. Comfortable working with technical teams and technologies like OCR, biometric authentication, liveness detection, and secure APIs.

5. Innovative mindset bringing AI-driven features to life and championing a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.

6. Strong product intuition backed by a data-driven mindset—you know when to trust the numbers and when to trust your gut.

7. Ability to turn customer insights and market research into clear roadmaps and impactful product features.

8. Skilled communicator who can align stakeholders, rally teams, and translate complexity into clarity.

9. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and customer success.

10. Track record of shipping scalable, customer-loved solutions in fast-paced or growth-stage environments.

Bonus Points For

1. Experience in regulated markets or working with government frameworks.

2. Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise products, or security/fintech tools.

3. Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and other product collaboration tools.

4. Certifications in product management (Pragmatic, AIPMM, etc.).

5. Experience working with remote, global teams.
