The Opportunity

"An effective product manager combines their knowledge of the market, clients, domain, and products to profitably manage a product. This role offers a great opportunity to utilize those skills and make a business impact. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the FICO Scores International product management team and contribute to the growth of our international scores business worldwide. You will develop market insights that drive scoring solutions based on predictive analytics and oversee their development and implementation across different markets. Collaborating with product, business development, marketing, and operations teams, you will ensure high-quality support for our international business, with significant growth and career development opportunities."

What You’ll Contribute

  • Support the product and business development teams with research to drive strategic vision, market insights, and product expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing product concepts, business cases, and plans to create value and meet goals.
  • Liaise with clients, prospects, and market-facing colleagues to understand market requirements and translate them into product requirements.
  • Create business and technical requirements documents, including use cases and user personas.
  • Manage the release process for developments and implementations according to FICO protocols.
  • Coordinate with analytic development to ensure accurate model specifications.
  • Work with product development to guide product functionality and analytic capabilities.
  • Support the delivery of roadmap priorities to meet time-to-market and time-to-value targets.
  • Develop training content for sales and support staff.
  • Support the development of key partner relationships for new offerings and international markets.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure offerings meet relevant regulations.

What We’re Seeking

  • Domain knowledge in financial services and credit risk management across multiple regions including EMEA, ASPAC, and LATAM.
  • Experience in solutions involving predictive analytics, credit risk, credit scoring, CRA operations, and decision management.
  • Knowledge of alternative data and financial frameworks like open banking and open finance.
  • Experience in product management or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with potential for increased travel over time.
  • Understanding of different business cultures.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Ability to develop business cases and value propositions.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines.
