Job summary

CB Consulting is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a Healthtech role in the UK. This remote position focuses on owning product strategy, discovery and delivery across multiple squads, with collaboration across clinicians, engineers and commercial teams.

You will drive roadmaps, launch new features and balance enhancements with new opportunities, leveraging user research and data to inform decisions while reporting to the Director of Product.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within healthtech, digital healthcare or another regulated environment.
• Experience taking products through discovery, development and launch.

Senior Product Manager | Healthtech | £85,000 | Fully Remote

I'm working with an exciting healthcare business looking to appoint a Senior Product Manager to join its growing product function.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a healthtech or digital healthcare background who wants to make a tangible impact in a business developing and improving services across the private healthcare market.

The organisation provides private clinical assessment services, including mental health, ADHD and autism assessments, working closely with clinicians and GP practices to make services more accessible.

The opportunity

You'll take ownership of product development within one of four product squads, reporting into the Director of Product. It's a hands-on role combining product strategy, discovery and delivery, with a real opportunity to influence how products evolve and how new services are brought to market.

You'll be involved in:

• Leading product discovery, identifying opportunities and translating user insights into product improvements.
