Job summary

CB Consulting is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a Healthtech role in the UK. This remote position focuses on owning product strategy, discovery and delivery across multiple squads, with collaboration across clinicians, engineers and commercial teams.

You will drive roadmaps, launch new features and balance enhancements with new opportunities, leveraging user research and data to inform decisions while reporting to the Director of Product.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within healthtech, digital healthcare or another regulated environment.
• Experience taking products through discovery, development and launch.
• Strong understanding of user research, product strategy and roadmap ownership.
• Comfortable working with data, defining success measures and using insight to drive improvements.
• Confident collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable, commercially minded in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading product discovery, identifying opportunities and translating user insights into product improvements.
• Owning and developing product roadmaps.
• Driving new product development and launching new features and services.
• Working closely with clinicians, GPs, engineers and commercial stakeholders.
• Using data and customer insight to inform product decisions and measure performance.
• Facilitating workshops and bringing ideas through discovery, prototyping and delivery.
• Balancing improvements to existing products with new product opportunities.
