Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Corporate Actions in London, with a flexible arrangement allowing up to 40% remote work.

You will define the strategic direction for a key data product, ensuring timely, accurate and structured event data that supports automation, risk management and efficient client operations. You will collaborate across business, technology and operations to improve data quality, automate workflows and expand the product portfolio, while engaging

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial markets, with emphasis on reference data or post-trade services.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions including events, elections, entitlements and settlements.
• Solid understanding of financial data standards and delivery formats (ISO 15022, ISO 20022, XML, flat files).
• Ability to translate market needs into product priorities and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Corporate Actions, aligning with market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy, Data Acquisition and Content Operations to ensure data quality and coverage.
• Work with technology to enhance automation, resilience and delivery across data feeds and APIs.
• Promote adoption of industry standards ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 to improve straight-through processing.
• Act as product ambassador to clients and internal teams, supporting commercial initiatives.

Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager for Corporate Actions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing one of our most important data products. Leveraging your expertise in financial markets, corporate actions and data services, you will define the strategic direction of the product, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate and highly structured event data that supports automation, risk management and operational efficiency. Working across business, technology and operations teams, you will drive product innovation, strengthen client value, and contribute to the continued growth and competitiveness of SIX Financial Information.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Corporate Actions, translating market trends, client requirements and operational challenges into clear product priorities.
• Partner with Data Strategy, Data Acquisition and Content Operations teams to ensure data quality, coverage and consistency across corporate action announcements, elections, entitlements, payments and event updates.
• Collaborate with technology and platform teams to enhance automation, operational resilience and delivery capabilities across data feeds, APIs, desktop solutions and downstream integration services.
• Drive the adoption of industry standards, including ISO 15022 and ISO 20022, ensuring product enhancements improve straight-through processing and reduce operational risk for clients.
• Act as the product ambassador internally and externally, supporting commercial initiatives, engaging with strategic clients and contributing to the growth and success of the Core Products portfolio.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in financial markets within product management, data services, business analysis or operational functions, ideally focused on reference data or post-trade services.
• Strong expertise in Corporate Actions, including mandatory and voluntary events, announcements, elections, entitlements, income processing and corporate reorganisations.
• Solid understanding of financial data standards and delivery formats, including ISO 15022, ISO 20022, XML and flat-file integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance products that improve client workflows, increase automation and deliver measurable business value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate complex market requirements into successful product outcomes.
