The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving innovation within the business. Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and new opportunities.
• Utilise insights to prioritise product features and initiatives.
• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and drive successful product launches and adoption.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of proven product management experience, preferably within the hospitality technology and EPOS sector.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across all levels.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to guide decisions and measure success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Passion for customer-centric design and problem-solving.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or with SaaS and EPOS products is a plus but not required.
