LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Product Manager to grow our fraud analytics proposition and deliver valuable insights that protect people and organisations. You will work with product, development and data science teams to understand customer needs and prioritize the roadmap with a data-driven approach.

As a Product Owner in a global team, you will define strategy, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Support to bring fraud analytics solutions to market.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management/product owner roles focusing on analytics products.
• Experience with fraud analytics products is essential.
• Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/ML is a must.
• Strong Agile mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

As a Product Owner within a global team, you will collaborate across product, development and data science to solve customer problems and deliver valuable fraud analytics products.ResponsibilitiesCustomer discovery, product delivery and development lifecycle: understand customer needs, experiment and collaborate to find answers to customer problems, define and prioritize incremental value, lead the execution of a product roadmap, focusing on improving customer experience; working closely with the development teams, data science, fellow product managers and wider organizationDesign and own product suite strategy and define it through collaboration and analysis of the right market, customer and business insightsData driven decision making and analysis: ability to drive conclusions from large volumes of data and recommend and execute relevant actions to help drive the further product development and increase customer satisfactionGo to market and product marketing lifecycle: working closely with the internal business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services) to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace, manage customer feedback providing input and expertise to the marketing and other customer materialsDue to the global nature of the role flexible working hours will be required (split between UK and US working hours)RequirementsA passionate problem solver focused on customer needs with a Product Management and/or Product Owner experienceExperience with managing analytics products within the fraud space is essentialDomain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/machine learning is a mustAbility to understand and analyze complex data in association with machine learning and AI algorithmsCommitted to delivering high quality to the users, keeping the customers at heart of every product decisionGreat organizational and prioritization skills and attention to details with the ability to make decisions under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of seniorityUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum and Kanban) is nice to have; experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies and practices is highly desirableWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
