Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions UK Ltd. in Cardiff is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the strategy and future direction of our Credit and Investigations portfolios. You will define portfolio vision, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and guide AI-enabled product evolution.

Working across Product, Technology, Data Science and Commercial teams, you’ll translate customer and market needs into roadmaps and measurable outcomes, while developing Product Managers.

Qualifications

• Significant Product Management experience.
• Ability to connect customer problems, market changes, technology and commercial opportunities.
• Experience turning complex opportunities into clear priorities, roadmaps and outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement and experience contributing to business cases or investment decisions.
• Experience working with data, analytics, Data Science or AI-enabled products.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Data Science or delivery teams.
• Experience line managing, coaching and developing product professionals.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to help shape the strategy and future direction of our Credit and Investigations portfolios. In this senior leadership role, you’ll define portfolio vision, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and help evolve products for an AI-enabled future.

Working across Product, Technology, Data Science, Operations and Sales, you’ll translate complex opportunities into clear strategies, deliverable roadmaps and measurable outcomes while supporting and developing Product Managers.

• Strong commercial judgement and experience contributing to business cases or investment decisions.
• Experience working with data, analytics, Data Science, predictive modelling, automation or AI-enabled products.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Data Science or delivery teams to take strategy through to execution.
• Experience line managing, coaching and developing product professionals.
