Job summary

SPX is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Radiodetection to own end-to-end portfolio strategy, drive profitable growth, and shape lifecycle management from market insight to launch. Qualifications

• Significant product management or related experience in a technical, industrial or B2B environment.
• Experience managing full product lifecycle including portfolio planning, roadmaps, launching and ongoing commercial management.
• Experience developing product strategies, value propositions, pricing recommendations, and business cases.
• Experience across international markets with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and lead complex cross‑functional initiatives through ambiguity.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability using market, financial and product performance data.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, lifecycle and commercial performance of product lines aligned to business objectives.
• Create multi‑year roadmaps with engineering, sales, operations and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for new development, enhancements, lifecycle extensions and portfolio rationalisation.
• Translate capability into clear customer value and differentiated positioning.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through development and launch with commercial focus.
