Job summary

Radiodetection, part of SPX Technologies, is seeking a hands-on Production Engineering Leader to drive performance across engineering, operations and manufacturing partners.

You will lead a small team, own test activities, collaborate with external manufacturers, and push continuous improvement, while supporting NPI projects and enhancing existing products. Hybrid working with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Production, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering experience within an OEM or product-based business.
• Experience developing or managing product testing and validation.
• Leadership experience or ambition to move into engineering management.

Job description

As part of SPX Technologies, Radiodetection is a global leader in the design and development of equipment and software used by utility companies to install, protect, and maintain underground infrastructure networks. Through precision and magnetic locators and ground penetrating radar, we help prevent damage to infrastructure utilities and protect lives.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll work across Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing Partners to improve product performance, optimise manufacturing and transform our product testing capability.
