Radiodetection Ltd, based in Bristol, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape our portfolio across global markets and drive growth, innovation and successful product development.

This commercially focused leader will own product strategy, roadmaps and performance, working with engineering, sales, marketing, operations and finance to turn opportunities into compelling product strategies and launches. Expect 30–40% international travel, predominantly to the US.

• Experience leading product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong track record in roadmapping and delivering new products.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
