Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of products and drive delivery excellence alongside commercial success. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to shape strategy, improve delivery quality and ensure solutions evolve with customer and market needs.

This high-visibility role influences roadmap direction and business outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product leadership to ensure customer insights

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience within SaaS, technology or product-led organisations.
• Proven success owning both product delivery and commercial outcomes across complex products or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of roadmap planning, product strategy, customer discovery and GTM execution.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile environments.
• Ability to interpret customer feedback, market intelligence and business metrics to inform decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership influence.
• Commercial awareness and experience contributing to pricing, market positioning or growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and commercial performance of a portfolio of products, ensuring delivery priorities align with customer needs and business goals.
• Establish and maintain high standards of product management, ensuring briefs, requirements and delivery plans are clear and actionable.
• Address structural delivery challenges, improving product quality, backlog health and engineering efficiency across multiple teams.
• Lead go-to-market activities for new product launches and major enhancements, ensuring commercial readiness and stakeholder alignment.
• Build relationships with Sales, Customer Success and Product leadership to ensure customer insights influence roadmap decisions.
• Review customer feedback, market trends and product performance data to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Drive pricing discussions, commercial decision-making and win/loss analysis to support growth objectives.
• Support the development of Product Managers and Technical Product Owners while contributing to continuous improvement across the Product organisation.
